At Aqua Huna Live Tropical Fish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with all original packaging and tags into the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
